Pasta Making Course


One of the things we are most famous for in the world, in addition to pizza, mafia and mandolin, is definitely pasta and at Domo Achenza we offer courses for our guests to show how we make our homemade pasta and let them try how to do it too.

We offer our customers the opportunity to prepare fettuccine, ravioli, maltagliati, broth caps and much more.

Our pasta is made in a simple and obviously artisanal way: few ingredients, a lot of lightness and a lot of taste.

The course consists of a brief explanation of the ingredients we are going to use and how we will do it and then move on to the operational part with the preparation of the dough and the drafting of the dough and the cutting into the various shapes chosen.

Finally, during a short drying of the pasta, we will proceed with the preparation of the sauce that will “dress” your freshly made pasta and we will all sit at the table for its tasting!
