We must admit that we mainly prefer traditional cooking and therefore in our menus you will find wild boar and sheep, just to name a couple, made in different ways: civet, stewed, grilled, with sauce, in white, and anything else. We are sure that however you eat it at Domo Achenza you will love it.
There is one thing that makes our kitchen even more precious, it is the fact that you will see us while we cook! Yes, the room used for lunches or dinners (or breakfasts, being the same room) is directly connected to the kitchen through an arch that during the renovation we deliberately left open.
In short, we do not hide ourself, on the contrary we like to share our work talking with our guests, telling our story and exchanging opinions on dishes, foods and cooking!
